Reflections of the 1999 CART World Series

The 1999 CART World Series is being retrospectively detailed from November 2009 onwards. This section is to reflect and study the races, ideas and incidents of the time with a distant eye as it may offer a viewpoint of a season not hampered by driver support and emotion. It will also be a form of ongoing research into the histories of motor-racing.
